We will provide access to our ProgressC oaching course along with five free seats to eat feedback.
Progress Coaching teaches three different types of coaching.
First we teach direct coaching which is one on one or group coaching.
Second we teach how to coach the career coaching using something called the motivator.
Last, we teach leaders how to coach with supplemental coaching that are prescriptive coaching strategies that actually save leaders time. These three methods are comprised of 15 different coaching strategies and provide leaders flexibility and strategic Outlets to maximize talent development and performance. Some of our clients include Microsoft, Bayer, Monsanto, the Milwaukee Brewers, the New York Federal Credit Union, Etc.
EAT feedback is our proprietary approach to teaching leaders and individual contributors how to seek and accept feedback professionally. It uses a three-step process that changes the game. This change leads to Greater acceptance of feedback and leaders willingness to increase the feedback delivery in a much more comfortable atmosphere.
Last we will have member only webinars that will be 100% educational speaking to today's most common workplace coaching challenges.
Last, we are in the midst of planning an annual end of the year free event which will be a two-day 100% educational Workshop in Cedarburg Wisconsin my hometown. Its approach will be planning for the next year and a topic to be named (we are gpoing to start with Coaching Self-Awareness). This is about 20 minutes north of Milwaukee and easy to gain access to and we want a Community that it is constantly growing and promoting best practices at a fraction of traditional corporate training costs.
